Thank you to all viewers for supporting Ninth Games with your creative works. These Guidelines are established to maintain a positive relationship between the Company and creators. We hope all fans and creators can securely enjoy the fun of creation under these Guidelines.

General Principles

These Guidelines apply to all fan-created derivative works based on Ninth Games Co., Ltd. (the Company) IP, including (but not limited to): VTuber images, streams, 2D/3D models, illustrations, CGs, and artwork.
Works that merely copy, recolor, or process the Company’s original works without personal re-creative elements are not covered by these Guidelines.
Examples of Fan Content Determination：

（1）Purely recolored official artwork made via editing
software.
（2）Products printed directly using official artwork.
●《Examples Covered by Fan Content》
（1）Meme images or comedic clips created using official
IP/videos combined with original creative input.
The scope of Fan Content above is subject to the Company's final subjective determination.
Compliant Fan Content may be published without prior application.
Publishing Fan Content implies agreement with these Guidelines.

Specific Restrictions

Scope of Creation

Avoid content that causes physiological or psychological discomfort to our VTubers or viewers.
Strictly prohibit 18+ content, cruelty, and gore. Always comply with relevant laws and platform rules.
When editing video highlights, clearly state the original video URL and disclose it as a fan-made compilation.
Do Not Create Content That：
● Falsely promotes itself as official Company
material.
● Violates public order or involves religious
/political topics.
● Damages the image of the Company or |
affiliated VTubers.
● Infringes upon the rights or reputation of any
third party.
● Is otherwise deemed unsuitable by the
Company.
● Any form of AI training (images, voices, video,
etc.).

Physical Goods & Commercial Use

Individuals and small circles may produce and distribute non-profit Doujin goods (e.g., fan books, standees, charms, Ibon prints) without prior contact, provided there is no direct or indirect monetary gain.
For 3D physical creations (e.g., plush toys, models), email us for consent before production and sales.
Do not use Fan Content for any commercial advertising or promotion.
Corporations or large commercial groups requiring merchandise sales or licensing must contact us via email to discuss terms.
The Company reserves the right to make the final subjective determination regarding Doujin goods and commercial promotion.

Other Notes

The Company may amend these Guidelines without notice and reserves the right to request the takedown, correction, or termination of content from any party.
The Company has not waived any copyrights or moral rights and retains all final decision-making authority.
